Depending on the booked arrangement, a different cancellation policy can apply!
In case of late arrival or early departure we charge 100% of the total reservation value.
Standard-Rate:
- 31 days prior arrival a cancellation is free of charges
- 30-8 days: we charge 70% of the total reservation value
- from 7 days prior arrival we charge 100% of the total reservation value
In case of cancellation we charge the correct cancellation fee from your credit card.
Furthermore we recommend taking out a trip cancellation insurance from ’Europäische Reiseversicherung’ as this insurance explicitly covers cancellations if you or a close family member living in the same household get sick with COVID-19.
