Your health and safety is very important to us and this is why we have prepared ourselves optimally for the current situation, created a corona prevention concept and trained our team very well. You should feel safe on your well-deserved vacation. That is why we stand for the following criteria:
1. we keep a minimum distance of 1.5 m from people outside the own household
2. FFP2 mask in generally-accessible-indoor areas for guests and employees
3. online pre-check-in that waiting times at the reception can be avoided
4. contactless payment at the reception
5. our menus can also be viewed online
6. guest-app: our most important information can be seen online at any time
7. disinfectant dispensers in all important areas
8. our employees have all been tested, vaccinated or recovered (we also carry out tests on vaccinated employees)
9. all publicly accessible areas are disinfected several times a day
Please be informed the current covid-19-restrictions are as follows (subject to change):
- you need to be fully vaccinated in order to check in, min. 2 shots of either Biontech/Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca or Johnson&Johnson, no other vaccines allowed (from 12 years, last shot max. 270 days old on check out day)
- recovered (max. 180 days ago on check out day, administrative notice required)
- for school-age children: PCR-test 72h valid after acceptance or antigen-test, 48h after acceptance
A FFP2 mask must be worn in certain places (eg. general public areas, trade, cable cars,..). We kindly ask you, to bring your own mask.

If you travel in these uncertain times, we can highly recommend the European Travel Insurance as they also cover in case of Covid19 desease despite pandemic status!
In case the resort or hotel will be closed due to COVID there is a full refund even just before arrival!
